  • It has! I'm down 52lbs but I quit smoking a few months ago sO I started running more and started brining more calories and I haven't lost as much weight weekly as I was and I don't know if it's because I'm not eating enough? Or what
  • It says my max is 1500 calories a day to lose 2lbs a week but I work out at least 600 calories a day....so am I supposed to net at least 1500?
  • I've been losing weight for months now but hit a snag and have been working out hard but haven't lost as much weight as I should have and am wondering if it's because I'm not NETING 1200 calories a day?

  • this site/app is great! you will do well as long as you follow the calorie intake and work out at least 4 times a week......its tough at first getting used to it but after a little while its normal and gets so much easier! im down 50 lbs and feeling great!
