i would up your cals to 1400 and try that out! 1200 cals a day is MINIMUM for anyone! I think you will be pleased by eating more and find you will lose weight!

HI! i LOVE MINE (POLAR F4) ITS VERY ACCURATE ACTUALLY....I ONLY USE MINE FOR CARDIO THOUGH (I HAVE HEARD THEY ARE NOT MUCH GOOD FOR LIFTING) I WOULD ONLY SUGGEST YOU SPEND A DECENT AMOUNT ON ONE IF YOU WANT ACCURATE READING....JUST FROM EXPERIENCE

its comes down to EVERYTHING! for example (trying to explain this easily) lets say i eat small and under my cals but its JUNK(packaged food) ,its not going to help me lose as much weight ( if at all) if I were to have eaten under my cals and it was alot of good foods (fresh fruit/veggies/ nuts....)
