Mom of 2, looking to lose 30lbs

I have been logging my food for 3 weeks, and have lost a few kg's. I think it is time to make some MFP friends and become more active on the boards, so that I can be inspired and stay motivated.

I am a Mom of 2 from South Africa, and have about 20 - 30lbs to lose. I am over 30, so I am finding it more difficult this time around. I lost the same 20lbs (and regained it) in 2003 and 2009.

I am a fitness instructor, so I have decided that I need to look the part and be inspiring for my clients.

I am eating 1200 calories a day, training 3-4 times a week.

    i would up your cals to 1400 and try that out! 1200 cals a day is MINIMUM for anyone! I think you will be pleased by eating more and find you will lose weight!
