  • 1)I would start counting calories ( i know you said you watch what you eat, but either your not really watching or your eating too many calories) 2) I would switch up the workout routine ( your body is used to what its been doing so a switch will confuse it)
  • i was there too but i have come to really like them in the last few months! if not veggies eat fruit! fruit is just as good! but try to eat veggies!
  • thats awesome! KEEP IT UP!

  • I've read chocolate milk (1 cup) after i workout is just as good if not better than anything to help muscles??
  • NO DIET PILLS! Everyone around was taking those and yes they lost weight faster but they are bigger than before and I AM STILL LOSING!
  • If it is the generic one a day, pretty much a waste from everything I have read. I'd look at something like GNC Sports Men or whatever, I used that a while back and did fine. Was affordable and everything. I use Animal Pak now. [/quote] ill have to go buy ther and get some, ill take vitamins and i feel like i have a little…

  • slow down, READ, and you will see.....are they worth it? should I not take them because what I am doing is working just fine? Or do you think they could help me more?

  • muscle milk? My friend told me about that one but its high in calories
  • I don't know if i need any....personally I am fine with what I am doing (65 down) and still losing weight, I guess I am just wondering what peoples opinions are?
  • i guess really just to replenish muscles for cardio/weight lifting workouts.....and are they worth it? or should i just keep doing what im doing and not take any?
  • personally yes....if you think your staying in a "comfort" zone then your probably not working hard enough.........not saying you wont ever feel a difference but if you want to lose it you have to work for it.....i could walk 800 cals off but i wont get as good of results if i run/sprint and walk .this is just from my…
  • The first thing I saw when reading your post was "you've tried many diets"....Let me just say as everyone else says DIETS JUST DONT WORK! its a life style change and i promise if you give it try you can do it! Just remember it took years to get it on so its going to a while to get it off!! Ive been going for 9 months and…
  • if your craving it i would say do it otherwise you could indulge on other things to fill in the craving....but do it minimally and maybe even exercise a little more that day!
  • make sure your switching it up and pushing yourself hard when you work out! I got stuck like that a few times and did a switch in my routine and BAM it started working! Just keep pushing and know you can and will do this!!
  • You can do it! Just remember its taken years to put on so it's going to Take a while to lose! Down 60lbs and it's taken Me 9 months or so but it's been great ! Take easy steps like not eating as much at meals then to small workouts!
  • Well I changed it back to sedentary but I'm really not sitting all day but just to be safe and make sure I'm not eating to much I changed it back
  • Anywhere from 600-1200 on weekdays but no More than 1400 on any day
  • Slightly off-topic, but I'm kinda not understanding the whole net intake. Sort of. Mine is set for 1,400. When I burn X amount of calories, that gives me an extra X amount of calories/etc to consume. Very stupid question sorry, but am I supposed to consume those extras, if I already met all my intake # before working out,…
  • I don't sit all Day I try and stay active either running errands or helping customers ( I leave my Shop a couple hours a day to work out) then come Back until Six to goHome And relax
  • Well also i think I needed to change my activity level from sedimentary to at least light activity seeing I work out 5 times a week and don't sit all day! It added an extra 250 calories a day changing just that! Also I've noticed when lifting lately I can't lift as long....Maybe in just not eating enough and my body isn't…
  • So then I would need to eat 2100 calories a day!!??? That's alot Of food!
  • 1500 before workout....so I figure don't net anymore than 1500 But no less than 1200
