  • I weigh more on Friday's..lol. I would change your weigh in date and see how that goes. I am forever changing my weigh in date depending on what I am doing. When I do the 5lbs a month challenge I use the 1st of the month as my weigh in date unless it is Friday!

  • You should be netting at least 1200. Add a few higher calories snacks to get there as going under consistantly isn't good for your body.

  • Just because I am curious...You don't eat any of your calories back right? So when you workout do you still enter it in your exercise? It adds that to your totals if you do so do you just look at the GOAL and not NET?
  • Looking at your diary..if it is accurate looks like you miss quite a bit of tracking and if you do track you are quite under your calories. You should never be below 1200 NET.   • Yes! If I put my HRM on then I count it. Since MFP recommends you eat back most if not all of your exercise calories it just makes life more simple since it is calculated in your NET calories. I myself can't imagine working out and not recording it....If I don't see it then I didn't do it...LOL.

  • I have a HRM and pit my own in I burn 200-240 calories in 27mins. Only on level 1 now though.
