none at all, im the same i used to have 6-7 normal cokes a day, down to none at all, dont buy it in my shopping anymore, i just try to forget about it and have a nice drink of juice in the morning

my 4yo has gotten alot of enjoyment out of the Wii, but my mother in law is buying him an xbox kinect for chrissy so cant really say how that will be, only thing there would be is that there isnt as many games available right now for it

Yeah i know im fine with it, ryans better with it now, as of the other night when he really could see the difference, i think he more means he doesnt care what size i am, but presumably like me thinner :P

mainly my family m hubby and mother in law say i dont need to lose weight and i dont need the gym, but thats not the case, id rather they be honset to me and say you do need it and push me more, and also meeting my calorie goal for the day, mfp is my new family and the incentive i need to keep going! :heart:

my major turning point was i had lost 28 kilos after my second pregnancy and was pre pre baby weight which i hadnt been in alsmot 4.5 years, all ot feel "relaxed"and put it all back on again! which of course made me very upset and make a change and to never let it get to this point again

Hahaha I just did this last week, do you use home sharing on iTunes? I'll add your comp onto ours and you can see what I've downloaded recently, I downloaded basically aloof the new songs on iTunes

Yeah every 10 mims or so, sometimes abit longer, at night it's a lot longer in between because im not drinking a lot, I've been to a doctor he just said its my weak bladder, and there's oohing o worry about, I do check any sort of "could be" problems out with my gp

u cut out coke from have 6-7 cams per day to now only 1 or none and have lost 8 kilos, i do believe its played a huge part in my weight loss, from going back and fourth between happy weight to overweight its been the change in coke, good luck!

ive been the same most of my life, never eating breakfast im now having milo a fruit salad or some cereal , ease into it though otherwise you may feel sick considering your body isnt used to eating b/fast
