Urinary Tract Infection either see a doctor to get your tract tested (ive been through this myself) or try having 5 days worth of Ural and drink a whole lot of Cranberry Juice does help, if it so happens to be the same thing i experienced it fixed it

Generally yes, most women weigh more, i usually can weigh upto 5 kgs more during my AF but this is the first cycles in ages that I actually stayed the same mad lost weight! -1.3kgs in the 7 days!!

i can say i made it close, but i allow myself 1 free day a week where i dont excercise and can basically enjoy what im eating without caring, and i was 600 grams away from my goal in 5 weeks said, if i were to not of given myself the free days i probably wouldve weighed in less
