35kgs down (77pounds) but still not happy?
So im 1 kilo away from goal weight, my before and after pictures are looking great and everyone i know notices a difference but i dont feel happy with myself, i thought buying size 10s would make me happy but it really doesnt, whats wrong with me? i feel so selfish to say im not happy when i know its a big acheivement but…

Hey all okay so far ive lost 27.9 kilos and still have a problem with my mummy tummy, 2 kids later and im not happy with it at all i do ab excercises, i walk i do weights i do a whole heap of things, can anyone recommend anything i can do just to tighten it up a little more??? info would be awsome! ideas to bump up calories please?
i have 1157 calories left for today and im needing some ideas for snacks..ive already had dinner but still a little hungry not a huge fan of peanut butter or much dairy infact so it makes it hard to bump up the calories any ideas would be great

Skin problems
ive always had very good skin, alwats clear and never get pimples, but since working out alot im comming up with alot of sweat pimples...eeek im usuing face wash daily along with an oil free moisturiser is there anything else i can do to stop them comming or do i just deal with it?

For those women who do intensive excercises did you continue while pregnant or did you slow down or stop all together? And what excercises would you recommend ?

This is gross I nkow but I have to ask Does anyone get really disheartened weighing yourself during your time of the month ? I know I bloat up and look like I'm 4 months pregnant,I also hold a lot of water during that time too, should I skip the weigh in and measurments on that week or just record it?

Finding it hard..
I'm finding it pretty hard to eat my daily calories each day, why is this, I find after I excercise I'm not hungry and have no appetite at all, is this okay for me to be only eating 800-900 calories each day? Ok everyone so the only dairy i get in is about 30mls of milk in a hot drink or cheese on a sandwhich or the odd yogurt is it worth making the switch to skim milk or should i keep it full fat because i rarly have any?

Rebound weight??
Hey all, Just wanting some advice on weight loss I'm averaging a loss of 1kg - 1.2-3 kg a week, is this a good loss to continue with or am I more likely to rebound and put it All back on long term? I'm doing 40-80 mins exercise 6 days a week so Im not sure if this is. Good regime to continue with? Thoughts ?
