Do you need protein, carbs, fat or do you usually need more fruit/veg? Depends what you usually lack. What's your daily calorie allowance? Seems like a lot to have left over unless you just worked out a lot.

Any kinds of nuts or seeds have lots of protein and healthy fats, and are high calorie. Don't have to stick with peanut butter. My husband eats trail mix quite a bit for his snacks.
Tortilla wrap with chicken, lettuce, cucumber, mayo and mustard.
Make a smoothie, use banana to get creaminess if you don't want to use dairy.

If your getting your 1250 and you burned that 866 in workouts don't be surprised if you dont' get your FULL calories if you still work yourself up to the amount you burned you wont lose weight, it takes 3500 cals to gain a lb and 3500 burned cals to lose a lb they always say burn as much as you can as long as your still getting your daily your fine =)

I was burning 5000+ cals a day last year and eating around 1400, I dropped weight like crazy and every little bit helps, if you even your food/workouts you wont notice any loss or gain

I was doing that and I was wondering why I wasn't losing

If you want something to snack on any type of protein like almonds and a apple are good or apple and peanut butter or a fruit smoothie with fresh fruit and add some yogurt and milk in there

    good luck =)
  • Banana's are 150 cals each and I freaking love them. Any nuts (doesn't have to be nut butters), dried fruit is notoriously high calories and you don't feel like you're eating much. Anything dressed in olive oil (eg feta, olives). I guess anything with natural sugars or fats would boost calories... oh and honey is an obvious one

Have you tried Soy Milk? I've also got issues with Dairy, and it's been my go to. It's got less calories then other things, but if you mix it with a protein powder or in a smoothie, it will pack a calorie punch.

Nuts are also a good thing(almonds or peanut butter). Both are high in calories and good types of fat.
