Switch up ?!?!

For those that have done Insanity
I wanted to know could I take a break and do it every 2nd da and do the 30DS in between ? Or would there be no point?

    you can do whatever you wish. i was just talking with my workout partner this morning and we are going to do a P90X insanity hybrid soon.

    and we also like to run.... so we are going to make it work for us. :) more power to you!

    I always switch it up. I did the Insanity program over the summer, finishing it in August. I love the workouts, but frankly, don't want to be tied to one format. Now, I work in Insanity, Spin, Jillian Michaels, Elliptical, and weights. Generally I do Insanity W/F/Sa/Sun (W/Sa I do the short ones and add a JM-NMTZ). F/Sun I do a longer Insanity workout with some yoga. Tues/Thurs I Spin/elliptical (except today when I overslept!) Mondays I generally do the cybex arc trainer. I've been doing some version of this since I completed Insanity.
