Ok everyone so the only dairy i get in is about 30mls of milk in a hot drink or cheese on a sandwhich or the odd yogurt
is it worth making the switch to skim milk or should i keep it full fat because i rarly have any?

Not worth changing - I think you'll find that full-fat milk is only about 4% fat anyway.

well skim milk is less calories and fat so you will get more fat and calories for other things? but as long as you stay under your fat goal, full cream milk is fine. your choice!

I just finished eating a delicious bowl of low fat cottage cheese, banana whey, low fat greek yoghurt & natural peanut butter. I would start with something like that
  • Oh definitely stay with skim milk. The fat grams will add up...you don't want that.
