Your body is probably letting go of water weight. Once you up your water intake, your body no longer feels the need to horde all the water it gets, so it released some---that's why you pee so much.

Well said, I lost 2kg before MFP without even "trying" and I completely put it down to drinking heaps of water.

Your body will get used to the water and you won't have to pee so often btw :p

There's always going to be variance. Even if you weigh in at the same time, every day, it will vary. Unless you eat the exact same thing, use the restroom at the same time, drink the same amount of water, and exercise the same every time.

Just check your waist ;) Another notch in the belt? Yup, that's a loss.

That kind of thing happened to me in the beginning too. Count it as a loss. Expect you may put a little bit of it back on though if you happen to have a saltier meal or something before a weigh-in - so don't get discouraged. But a loss is a loss, even if is water!

You're peeing every 5-10 minutes? Regardless of how much water you're drinking, this might be something to look into (although staying dry while getting to a doctor might be challenging....).
