I lose 2-3 ibs per week. I exercise 1 hour pr day 6-7 days a week alternating cardio and weight training. I logmy food and eat 1500 calarie per day trying to balance my protein and carb....i am totally eating clean..the inches are just shredding. I have lost 26 lbs since Jan 1 and 74 in total with only 61 to go...

i have a hard time not eating after 8 pm so i will not eat after 8pm and do 100 squats everyday:love:

starting weight 212 Current weight 209 what helped- drinking water I manged to get in 6-8 glasses, exercising 3 times a weak and doing a food diary. Joined a womens gym and have been there 3 times this week what hindered-nothing this week as i am super motivated...looking at hiring a trainer to get some gym routines
