  • Minor changes at the completion of Stage 1. Then, the changes keep happening but gradually. I've been told I look more toned and I can tell my stomach has changed quite a bit since starting. Best of luck!

  • I love this exercise. I was pretty wobbly at first but it's impressive when you get it down with the amount of control/balance/strength you develop from doing it. Keep it up!
  • I will have to ditto the running. I had a terrible time getting in my training runs for my last 10K and I ended up doing WAY better than expected even with a bad cramp that set my time back. I've also found longer runs to be a bit easier.
