  • I have baked pitas before, a good snaack is whole wheat pita toasted brushed with a tough of oilive oil and fresh tomatoes on top, kind of like a brushetta. My bf toasted a pita with peanut butter on it yesterday, it looked yum!

  • Good work! It is all about making better choices. I used to eat chips and salsa at least once a week (with queso sauce) today I had guiltless gourmet chips and salsa in a small portion. It was yum and well within my plan :happy:
