The scale is just one small measure of your progress. If you have other measures, like feeling good, and other NSVs then does the scale matter? Ignore it, there is no point obsessing, you are on a journey and its the end goal of a healthy life in all ways that matters not the figures :)

I have lost 14 lb, and apart from my husband, the only comment I have had is my father in law asking me if I am pregnant. Don't let them get you down, and remember the people you see most often will see your gradual change so may not notice it as much as those you don't see often.

I am in Wales, and have about 5 stone to go also. All friends welcome!

Aim at 250, see how it feels. Why set yourself a huge goal? A lot of people have mini goals, with mini rewards like new clothes, a hairdo etc. Your goal can change, but looking at loosing all of it in one hit probably won't make you feel all that great.

And oops forgot to say that it is just as educational for your boy to miss a trip and learn a lesson about consequences. You are not punishing him so much as preparing him. Actions have reactions, and he needs to learn to deal with them.

Do they correspond to anything? They sound very much like the meltdowns my autistic spectrum boys have.

I have had the Galaxy S for a while now and I hate it. It was awesome at first, (well no, actually the first one was broken out of the box and I had to get a replacement) but now it is so slow, even when I factory reset a lot. I miss calls because it wont respond to me answering, it turns off randomly, overheats regularly,…

The problem with exhaustion is it tends to be linked to physical stress, ie, adrenal issues. Too much over time can lead to weight gain as the body fights to cope with too much cortisol.
