Sorry - have just seen your question I eat 1800-2000 per day, heavy strength training 3-4 sessions per week and 3 cardio sessions x

I eat Paleo. I thought sugar would be hard to give up but I have found it ok. When you get the craving eat something high protein low fat and usually 9 times out of 10 it goes away :)

Exactly right - you should be eating way more. Eating only 800-1000 cals per day does only one thing - sends your body into starvation mode and unfortunately the scale will probably go down but it's not pure fat loss, you will be losing muscle etc. I would recommend at least 2200. you can save items to a "meal" and then add the meal to lunch & breakfast that way.. So your meal will always be saved - good idea if you always eat the same brand of bread for example :) other than that - it will eventually show up on your recents if you eat it often enough each day.. x
