But if you want to achieve "fat loss" then it's best to reduce carb (and therefore sugar) so the body then takes fat as your source of energy, therefore burns fat first cos it doesn't have carbs/sugars to burn, hence then losing pure fat!

Coenzyme Q10, Iodine, magnesium, zinc, biotin, chromium (just as a few examples...)
-
Sugar does make you fat!! If it is not expended it is stored and turned to fat!!! Basics....
-
Fish oil, zinc & a good multivitamin...
-
Agree - reduce carb and sugar will reduce itself without any effort
-
I eat 100g of good fats per day on average and lose weight... I find carbs cause my weight gain..
-
Fruit sugar still isn't "good", fruits can be split in to categories that are high fructose and some not so high fructose - examples High fructose - banana Low fructose - apricot You can be wiser when it comes to choosing fruit... :-)

Traditional Sunday Dinner! Can't beat it!!

Usually best to eat before workouts, but as long as you have enough time to digest prior to starting workout. Body will use any excess sugars/carbs, but if not in surplus then it will be eating in to muscle for energy..

From experience over training can cause weight loss to plateau. It's the hormone cortisol that releases (especially during cardio training) that puts stress on the body and in turn stores fat.. Maybe add more rest days in to your schedule? Do you do any strength training? X

Paleo is the best thing I have ever done... and I honestly believe I will do this for the rest of my life!

Firstly - thanks to all of you for your comments... I hope I do inspire you to achieve what I have achieved - keep at it For my stomach.. Mainly flattened it through weight training - basically lifting anything heavy above your head rips it off :) x

Some will be muscle, could also be salt/water retention - don't give up!
-
Thank you... I am even smaller now - keep meaning to put some updated photos up :)
-
Back and belly fat is best stripped off with heavy weight training - plenty of upright rows & barbell rows, lat pulldowns etc. Good luck :)

And I have lost over 5 stone since eating 1800-2000 calories every day and training hard. It wasn't until I ate more of the RIGHT foods that I noticed any decent change, not just to the scales, but whole body shape. So I know exactly what I am talking about. Eating 1200 makes the scales look smaller, but it isn't pure fat…
-
You aren't hungry because you are crashing your metabolism!
-
1200 cals per day only does one thing, sends your body into starvation mode!! At least 1800-2000 cals of the right food CLEAN food, with exercise and you will lose weight and better still manage to keep it off
-
3L per day is the recommended to prevent water retention, but this should be spread out across the day...
-
Sometimes you have to accept life gets busy and you can't stay to "routine"... Try to keep your meals planned where possible to keep nutrition where it should be, then add your training back in when you can and get straight back to it! :)
