What are you having for tea tonight?

I need some inspiration for some low calorie meals that don't require massive expensive food shops. But any inspiration is good :)

A quick and easy one i like to make after work, child gone to bed etc is pasta with tomato and basil sauce, roasted mediterranean veg -frozen, with some form of protein, fills me up, is tasty and normally have it in the house so dont need to go shopping when hungry and for a sweet tooth some sugar free jelly, again easy to make, cheap and only 8 cals per portion wi sliced apple and kiwi. My diary is open if you want a peek, sometimes that helps ! :)

Homemade split pea soup and homemade rosemary focaccia, and definitely a glass of wine. I'll have a big salad with feta cheese for lunch.
