Anyone added carb cycling in their nutrition program? I've been working on low carbs for a long time mainly because I spent years abusing carb intake and now I retain a lot of water/carb retention, so for me lower carb lifestyle works much better. Just 12 Weeks
I wanted to share this with you... There is only 5lbs difference between the 12 weeks - but the BIG reason why I want to try to get across to people, the number on the scales is not everything!! Muscle is denser, weighs more but makes you look a hell of a lot better, so... less cardio - more iron!! :) G x

*Update* 217 to 166 (51lbs loss)
Some of you may have seen my first topic of 37lbs less - this is now an update since then..now 51lbs lighter (and finally into a UK size 12!) it has been hard work - but worth every drop of sweat!!!

Why have I only lost 0.5lb this week?
Why have I only lost 0.5lb this week? I was about 2600 calories under my weekly goal, based on 1390 cals per day, so nearly a 7000 cal deficit and still only lost 0.5.. Any reason why?? Gutted isn't the word!
