Carb cycling

Anyone added carb cycling in their nutrition program? I've been working on low carbs for a long time mainly because I spent years abusing carb intake and now I retain a lot of water/carb retention, so for me lower carb lifestyle works much better. But I have hit a plateau lately and have been stuck not losing any weight for over 4 weeks...

Was debating introducing carb cycling, higher carbs on training days (still clean natural carb sources). Just wondering if anyone who has followed low carb lifestyle has tried this and has any feedback?

    I was stuck for a few weeks and then read Chris Powell's Choose more lose more. So far I really like it and have seen some good weight loss.
