Some of you may have seen my first topic of 37lbs less - this is now an update since then..now 51lbs lighter (and finally into a UK size 12!) it has been hard work - but worth every drop of sweat!!!

    I'm 5ft 7 inches and currently about the same shape as you. Well done, I know I feel so much better for shifting the bulge nd now we have a wonderful weekend of t-shirts and shorts to look forward to :)

    you have done awesome, I was about the same weight when I started 2 and a half months ago. I have lost 25 lbs so far and 17 with my fitness pal, so seeing your success is great inspiration for me because I can see actual people and real results. I would really like to know what exercises you did for your stomach if you don't mind sharing,:happy: :smile: thanks

    Firstly - thanks to all of you for your comments... I hope I do inspire you to achieve what I have achieved - keep at it

    For my stomach.. Mainly flattened it through weight training - basically lifting anything heavy above your head rips it off :) x
