Thanks ladies :) still loving it! Yes I was getting the breathing down yesterday and it really helped on my squats in particular. Graduated to the bar for OH press, felt like a big jump from the 15kg preloaded barbell! Can't wait for next session, rows, second favorite after deadlifts :D

I just got some cheap ebay ones that go up to 15 kg each as a start. I use New rules of lifting for women and change exercises to dumbbell ones. Works for me until I can leave my youngest for any period of time and join a gym :) I quite like scoobys workshop too, its a website :)

Not so much a goth these days, was pre children in my teens/early twenties :) Played WoW and DDO and LOTRO (briefly) pre kids aswell, now I only try to make time for roleplaying! I read fantasy books, I knit, crochet and sew and I listen to metal, especially black metal. And I've moved from Norway to UK!

Not really embarrassed, but wish I didn't have to log the 6 slices of a large Hawaiian from pizza hut I just polished off.... 1400 calories!! It was well worth it though and still within my balance with some leftover :D

Definatly add 500 calories for breastfeeding so your milk production won't suffer. If you search for breastfeeding under food you will find several entries with -calories, add that to your day somewhere.
