Hi There,
I am a 25 year old female with 2 kids, youngest being just under 4 months. I am trying to use MFP to help lose weight but find I am constantly hungry at my 1270 calories they recommend for my daily intake. I am doing the 30 Day Shred daily (On day 7 of Level 1) as well as I breastfeed. Does anyone know how to adjust calories? Know how to enter the 30 Day Shred into my exercise? Any low calorie meals that keep you full? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Have a good day! And best of luck with your fitness journey!

Add 500 calories for breastfeeding.0

You aren't eating nearly enough to fuel yourself while breastfeeding, nevermind doing workouts etc. on top of it.
Start by increasing your daily calorie intake to closer to 1600-1700 calories.
To keep fuller for longer try to include protein - things like eggs, cheese, greek yogurt, cottage cheese, chicken, turkey, tuna etc.
Feel free to add me as a fried...I also have 2 little ones (6 &4)...and I've completed 30 Day Shred and am working through Ripped in 30.0 -
Definatly add 500 calories for breastfeeding so your milk production won't suffer. If you search for breastfeeding under food you will find several entries with -calories, add that to your day somewhere. I've seen most people log 30 day shred as circuit training
My baby is 4 months aswell, feel free to add me as a friend0 -
Yep, definitely add 500 for breastfeeding. I'm breastfeeding my 3.5 month old and I'd be starving too on 1200something calories a day. I was told it's best to lose weight slowly while breastfeeding so I have my settings to lose 1 lb a week which also adds some more calories.0
