I hope you feel better quickly!!! Try alternating between ice and heat for your ankle/leg and see if that helps any. I hate it alone. I do cardio with a buddy. I also do alot of water aerobic classes at my local college. That's another avenue to check!

I'm 28. At 26, I had a dislocated hip and two ruptured discs. In my case, the buldging discs were pressing on a nerve that caused the hip pain (caused from a car accident in 2002).
