I usually eat a banana before working out, too! Then I'll have dinner or a real meal afterwards. There have been times when I've been sooooooo lacking in energy that I'll eat dinner BEFORE, but I always feel a little queasy after.

I'm finishing up my first bottle of water of the day. I normally have two by this time, but I'm just sluggish this morning LOL I was cuddled up with hubs on one side this morning and the dog and a cat on the other. I couldn't move an inch.

I am tired today! This is the first day in a LOOOONG time that I've felt this tired. I walked yesterday evening 1.2 miles in 27.40 mins. I usually lose that much or so when I start watching my intake. It's mostly water weight, but it's still good to lose. Congrats!! Just don't expect to lose that much every week. It will slow down, but it will still come off.

You go girl!!! We love to go out and eat, and I've started asking that they give me a half order of my meal due to dietary restraints. Most restaurants have been very accommodating. Applebee's even started charging me less for my meal, since I just got the chicken and no sides. My meal went from $9.99 to $2.99! lol
