Also, those people work out up to 16 hours a day. I read an interview with one of the contestants and he said there isn't anything to do but sleep, eat and workout. Couldn't you burn 6000 cals in 16 hours?

I usually laugh, or whistle back. I figure it's either someone being silly or someone who actually likes the way I look. Either way, it's enough to make a laugh once in a while. And really, who can't use a little laugh now and then? :bigsmile:

For me, the hardest thing to resist was a warm cinnamon and sugar pretzel, cream cheese and lemonade at the mall yesterday!!! I know that I ever come face to face with a funnel cake vendor, one of us is going to end up tattered and covered in powder sugar in order for me to get my fix. lol :love:

I order unsweet iced tea and put Splenda in it. I also ask for a half portion. We go to our local Applebee's a lot and they agreed to accomodate me since I was a regular and on a diet. The manager said they would do it for anyone though. Another plus is that my $9.99 meal is now only $3.00!!! lol

Equal and Splenda are two totally different tastes though! I can't stand Equal or Sweet-n-low, but use splenda all the time. I haven't gotten around to trying the Stevia yet.

Is there a local college near you? That's where I'm taking my water aerobics class. Or try local hospitals or your doctor's office. They should be able to point you in the direction of something that can help strengthen your knee. Good Luck!
