Water aerobics should work well for you. I take them for my hip and knee and it does wonders for me. Also, I noticed that while hiking, if I took the stairs quickly, while it hurt, eventually it hurt less and less. I can't find it in my area. I was hoping to buy some last week. I've heard that it can leave a bitter after taste, and also, if you use too much, it can be bitter.

Change up your exercise routine. Your body may be used to what you are doing. If you change it up, it'll kick into overdrive to catch up. Good luck!

My hubs tried to make pesto once, but he ended up using ALOT more Olive Oil than just 2tbsp. I don't see how you can get 8 servings out of 2 tbsp lol

Does anyone know if this would taste okay if I subbed Deerburger in place of the ground turkey? We have a freezer full of deer from the deer season and I need to use it up instead of buy more meat!

Still sick.. actually out of work today, but I still did my weigh-in. I lost another 3 pounds! I'm amazed.

I'm so sick.... It started Friday at work with the coughing, progressed into sore throat, hoarseness, fever, chills and a few other things I'll spare you all the details on. I'm still sick. Currently have a fever of 102 and trying to break it. Ugh.. My diet is blown to hell in a handbasket this weekend :(

I sit at a desk all day too. Have you thought about taking a multi vitamin ? One thing that helps keep my energy up is walking. During my lunch break, I will walk for about ten - 15 mins around the building I work in. It helps perk me up and get my blood flowing and that carries me for a while.
