Went to grocery store and bought loads of veggies to make a giant salad to last the entire week. Romaine lettuce, some spring mix, carrots, cucumbers, green peppers, cherry tomatoes. Yum yum. Also picked up some black raspberries, granny smiths, and bananas. A very successful trip!

That's adorable! Definitely uplifting to know he has your support. I think it's cute he wants you to have your curves. If it helps any, we started at approx. the same weight and I'm a little less than what your goal weight is right now. Obviously body shapes differ but as you can see I still have lovely lady lumps lol.

I concur with pretty much all that has been said on here. I recently posted some images on facebook and was told by several people "I'm getting too skinny." Uh, what? lol. I could definitely afford to lose more weight and tone up. As another user posted on here, they don't see me naked.... :wink:

I've started monitoring it more. I think today I ended at 47g. There were some thing I was eating that I had no idea had so much sugar in it. I'm starting to filter out those foods that are already in my household and to make better decisions next time I am grocery shopping.

I drink diet on occasion. It's a nice textural change from just water with the carbonation. Although, I'm sure I could get seltzer water or something and make my own more healthier 'soda'.

Nope. I was actually thinking of weighing myself every 2 weeks now rather than every week. I think weighing myself more would just get me frustrated since I hate seeing day to day fluctuations.

My husband has gone on a couple occasions. I think all have been bachelor parties. I don't have any issues with it. I feel pretty secure with my relationship. Hell, I would go if the occasion arose where I was asked by friends or whatever.

Yes! Especially if you are working out, I suggest eating back at least half of the calories you burned (if you're not already.) That's what was happening to me. I was working out and burning these calories and it was causing me to go into 'starvation mode' as my net calorie was going under 1000 calories with working out.…

I had a hard time breaking through the 140's. It took me about four months to get from 145 into the 130's.
