I have 4 good sports bras and then two other bras that I can wear for non bouncy activities. It isn't enough because the sports bras were so expensive I don't feel that I can throw them in the dryer so it is a trick to make sure I have a dry one at all times. I wear them again if I have to but I would rather not.

Get back to lifting 3 days a week Watch form videos again and take this deload as an opportunity to work on form Increase weights when I can No more injuries! Be gentle with the sprained butt. Plan for very little pain because clearly pushing through the pain wasn't working! Enjoy working out!!
