LV Lifting Victory?
Do we have something like an NSV for lifting? Anyway, I am now squatting easily more than I can get off my neck safely (70lb) So I need a power rack!! Strong Lean body Mass
Has anyone tried to figure out what their Lean body Mass should be if they were really strong and had lots of muscle? I am finding that the body fat calculators and lean body calculators and those sites with the photos of bodies and the percent fat don't really tell me about what I should be aiming for as far as lean body…

Newbie: weights and other things.
I have been lifting the bar for the last week. Yesterday I bought 2x2.5,2x5,6x10. I had figured out what I would need to increase by five but I didn't know they didn't sell 20 lb weights, they only sell 25lb so I figured more 10's would give me more flexibility so I wouldn't have to go up so fast. downloading FREE reports!
I'm just getting started with Stronglifts and I would like to download the FREE reports etc but for some reason the way he goes on about it it feels like he is going to try to sell me something or I don't know what but I resist. Has anyone experienced anything negative from downloading the strong lifts FREE stuff?

Chocolate
How many Dewars, that don't normally do it, are doing chocolate today? I've been throwing it around in my brain today and I haven't decided. If I do, something else I have planned to eat is going to have to go or I really am going to have to shovel the walk.

question for zumba people
Has any one used light weights when they do zumba? Has anyone with a HRM noticed a difference in the calories burned?

Just starting out on the journey. 100 pounds seems like a mountain that is too hard for me to climb. I plan to focus on keeping the food and exercise numbers right every day and then rejoice when they refresh the next morning!
