Yay lol It's fairly simple, 2 non consecutively days a week you (semi) fast, on these 2 days you are allowed 500cal but nothing processed, so you have to stick to protine and veg.

It's not as bad as it sounds, 2 days a week you keep under 500 cal eating protine and veg only. No way in hell I could completely fast for a day and not end up binging myself.

Never thought of using my slow cooker for beans, that's a great tip thanks. I do however pre make / freeze meals a week ahead so I can just pop them In the s/c of a morning :) easy peasy

Thanks girls, I work 7 days a week most weeks and for 8 hours a day I solely live on caffeine, it's when I come home and have nothing to do ( kids are fed and in bed, everything is done for the day) this is when I find myself seeking food. hi again, high protine foods as suggested protine bar/shakes,eggs(1-2 snack) tuna,, meat, turkey all are high in protine. cheek on the web you will find hundreds of examples :-)

Eating high protine snacks threw out the day will help increase your metabolism, I was in the same boat :-) Never underestimate protine :-)

hi, yes you can but make sure it is a low carb protine bar (lower carbs and high protine) and at least 15g of protine minimum( there are allot of different ones) and as a bonus it will keep you feeling full :-)

try making your 2 snacks or 1 main meal protine only it will help speed up your metabolism.
