yea studies show that fatty food has notting to do with weight gains as long as the calorie is withing range . the only thing that can make you gain is too much calories or too much sugar

never tried it but the stupidest i saw was the two bite diet ... or snickers bar diet wich basicaly say you can have two bite of anything you want (the equivalent of a snickers bar) 3 times a day

what ? no i never ment to say it will spot reduce fat i ment it will define that muscle ... . saying that is as silly as saying doing sit ups will make you lose stomach fat ... it wont! but it will develop your abs under that fat ... you still need to lose fat and you cant spot fat loss

START NOW . weight lifting continues burning calories for about 48 h after the training .. cardio stops when you stop ... dont entirely stop cardio but definately do 80% weight training - 20% cardio you will loose fat faster and gain sexy muscles that shapes your body nicely ! make sure you feed it well…
