I think it depends on both frame and amount of muscle. For instance, I'm currently 130 at 5'4". I have a small frame, so I'm not satisfied with my current look. However, I'd also like to gain some more muscle and become fitter, so this also may affect the number on the scale.

Yup, I realize that now. I immediately checked the box once I started feeling sick. I was at my grandma's, and she's usually amazing about keeping GF products in the house for me, since my mother has Celiac as well. I feel that! Where I live, those cereals cost the same as a box of Kellogg's, etc, so it's a no-brainer…

I always log 5-10 minutes less than what I did, unless I'm on a machine that actually gives me a reading. Can't wait to get my HRM!

I raised my calories to 1500-1700, lost 4 pounds this week, and already see some results from lifting heavier! Thanks so much for all of your suggestions. I can't believe how quickly I'm seeing change!

I don't know that I do. I'm supposed to weigh-in tomorrow morning, but I did it tonight instead (at 10pm, after eating dinner, dessert, and lots of tea). I'm down 2 pounds from last week, and at my size I find it highly improbable that I'm down any more than that. I can confirm or retract this tomorrow morning! :)

Steel-cut oats with 1 tablespoon almond butter, a splash of almond milk, and a sprinkle of cinnamon. I've had this every morning for....... months? Takes 5-10 minutes. Boil 1 cup water, put 3-4 tablespoons oats in, wait til most of the water is gone, put the milk and cinnamon in, and BOOM! Add it to your almond butter.

It makes sense that you would have a big drop the first week. I don't think you should be expecting that every week, and I doubt you have anything to worry about.
