You're doing fantastic! 12 lbs = a HUGE difference because you've been kicking butt with exercise! Wouldn't look as PHENOMENAL on most people; you deserve it!

Actually, I was my heaviest my freshman year of high school. I weighed 182 pounds. Graduated at 110 pounds. The heaviest I've been since is about 140, and I'm currently hovering around 133-135. I'll never hit that top weight again, but I sure as hell plan to hit 110 again and actually maintain it.

You look great! I say go for avocado and nuts - you said low fat, but good fats are CRUCIAL to your body's ability to work properly. :) If I'm low on cals, sometimes I make a small batch of guacamole!

I was about to ask how you could watch something while running, because I was picturing you running outside like I do. Then I realized that you probably do it on the treadmill, and it makes sense! Whatever you put more effort into will be the most effective. They're both good exercise if you're going all out.
