I love how much motivation everyone has. We can do this!!! :)

Its the best feeling in the world looking back at old pictures and knowing you look so much better AND healthier! But at the same time its motivation to keep going and do even better.

I did P90X for a while too, Ive see wayyyy more progress with Jillian Michaels stuff. I was going to order Ripped in 30 tonight and hopefully get it within 10 days!

Tomorrow will be Day 8 of Level 2. I skipped weighing myself this week. I have also started trying calorie cycling so hopefully I will see some results with that, but level 2 is very challenging! Just keep going, thats what I keep telling myself!

Oh yeah its challenging, im using in a sweat bath afterwards. I dont have THAT big of expectations. I knew you werent suppose to lose a whole lot of weight off the program, but I feel stronger, I was just expecting a few inches gone. Yeah, when I first started losing weight in October I only ate 1200 calories. Since then…

I literally just bought it off walmart like two seconds ago. I will be starting it next week. Feel free to add me if you would like. I plan to do it atleast 4-5 days a week. Question for people who have done it already How many calories should I be eating? and How long should I use each workout (ex: Level 1 for 7 days?)

Thank you everyone for the support and advice. Im not going to give up, but everyone appears to know it gets aggravating. I do consistently measure myself, and Im seeing results that way. I just recently did the readjustment for my goals (two weeks ago). Im going to go back to working out (and eating more of course!)

I googled all the information and I feel like Im starting to get a hang of it. I have lost almost 40lbs at 1200 calories and working my tail off, but lately Ive been stalled around the same couple pounds. My TDEE-2097 BMR-1754 30% of my TDEE ( I still need to lose roughly 40lbs, so still going for 2lbs a week) I should be…

Literally just posted a thread exactly like this. I zumba as well, I was doing it twice a day though. Learned my lesson because I gained 2 pounds as well. Needless to say Im pretty much done working out for a while.

I just bought the Body Transformation Zumba package. 5 DVDS, im in love! With this program they have a 10 Day Shred where you can lose a dress size in the 10 days! You have to drink 100oz of water through out the day and they provide a meal plan to what to eat. Im on day 2! :) Doesnt even feel like your working out til…

I have the same problem. When I got on the scale and saw 230 I about died. I am 5'6, but some people proportion their weight better.

In person classes were a little too expensive, but I found the set for 60 dollars and me and my friend are splitting the cost! Thanks a ton :)

My birthday is the 16th! My big 21st! :) Im shooting to lose 40 more pounds by then! Good luck :)

I totally hear you! I hit my first STALL the 2nd week of february. Did not lose or gain an ounce. I worked out harder and monitored my diet more. Finally, I gave up working out for a week. Last week I dropped 4lbs. It was the happiest 4lbs ever. Unforunately, I hit another stall and did not lose any this week. But tomorrow…

I honestly believe it has to due with the type of jean too. I started at 235lb wearing a tight size 16 (american eagle jeans), 31lbs later I just now (literally today) dropped down to a size 14, not too tight but not that loose either...but another 20lbs id say ill be in 12s.

Im going to try upping my water by another glass or so, sounds like a good suggestion thanks! Im a college student, so trying to find easy and quick it whats super important. A personal issue I suffer is not having portion control and with these meals they definately help on that front. Thanks for all the input :)
