30DS Disappointment
I read alot of positive info on the 30DS. I finished level 1 yesterday after ten days. I actually gained two pounds and didnt lose an inch. Anyone else have this same situation? I have been doing the 30DS. I start level 3 in tomorrow! I was wondering if anyone went straight from 30DS to Ripped in 30. If so, was it worth it or should I just reuse the 30DS? :)

So I just ordered zumba and im really exciting to get started on that! But question, I heard results are good from doing zumba, but how do you log your calories for that?
