How many calories?

So Ive been going back and forth between a couple pounds and im fed up. BUT im not giving up. Ive read alot about eating more, so my question is how much more? I have been consistently hitting around 1300-1400 calories a day, I know we all get a little nervous to eat more than that. I recently started doing the Zumba Body Transformation program and with cardio and weights I gained two pounds. Super confused but I also read that building muscle causes weight gain. Any suggestions or help will be appreciated! Thank you

We all hit these dreaded stalls when we change up exercise routines. If you recently added in something new, this could be why you're stalled for now. Just keep plugging away at it and it will eventually come off!
Also, more exercise means you should eat more. Make sure you are netting your calories!0 -
if you are doing weights you should probably be eating around 1500-1750 calories.I would increase a bit and see what happens.0
