you work out hard and eat your 1200 calories and get on the scale and realize youve GAINED weight.

Yeah, happend to me this morning. Bummer. Like that week was a waste of time. I seem to getting into the pattern where I lose 2lbs every other week and not lose a single thing on the others. Almost half through my journey its still a little aggravating.
