Alright! Thank you all. I went back and asked a few questions about it and they told me this one has no fillers which is why there is so little in the container. Another question... What is your thought on thermogenic pre workouts?

Me!!! This is great timing! I started back last Friday eating healthy and doing yoga. Just started running again lastnight! I'm 5'5 and 150lbs. :(

For a month now. I have a progress photo but I don't know how to add it to my photos! It's amazing how much of a difference I've seen with only a month of lifting and eating healthy! What about you?
