you'll need a HRM if you have a fitbit to track exercise calories correctly. And with the sleep tracker make sure you don't put your wristband on too tight, i've been waking up as i'm removing the wrist band a couple times this week, i think it was cutting off circulation to my hand haha so yeah I fix it and fall back to…

thanks ya'll. and i realize that, but the weight gain wasn't an initial go away thing, i had completed the whole thing and had gained weight not just in the first few weeks. First round I lost maybe 7 but I had plateaued during the second month

i do have Insanity but it makes me gain weight oddly enough

i go to the gym 2 times a week, but I just can't get motivated there for some reason

I like Asylum it's just not a workout that is working for me lol. I'm thinking about 50 dollars for it, since I paid about 110 for it.

1. that I could marry the guy that I'm totally crushing on (cancer survivor, Leukemia) and move to live with him in Philly after we'd be married 2. that I'd be at my goal weight when I wake up tomorrow (or whatever looks best on me) and 3. that there never was a thing as cancer.

yup that's about it. I'm working on ditching the scale and just focusing on trying to eat right and workout and be healthy, some day my weight will be where I want it and all my hard work will show itself.

I use a HRM (heart rate monitor) and manually imput it into mfp

same here, but i have lost 7 last round and so far I lost 2 with this round, was 4 but i gained back some :( insanity has helped me with pushups too and endurance and loss of inches but just not what I want with my weight loss. I think my body loves the low 190s and high 180s :(

my thing with Jillian is that she can get super annoying at times lol. and chalene's program looks more interesting. I'm just concerned that the cardio won't be much because of insanity workouts but I'm not seeing the results I want with Insanity right now and so I want to do something new that I can add to my few gym…
