I am 5’4”, and I do use a food scale! I consume around 1500 calories a day. Maybe it’s too much now?

Thanks for this insight, it’s good to remember and realize I guess that the one night of food isn’t all fat gain! But more sodium/water weight.

That’s exactly my thoughts! People say “oh it’s only one night”. But one bad night always sets me back a few days =\ I always go planning on being good and taking small portions but I know once I am there it’s not as easy 😭😭😭 It’s easier to just completely avoid the whole situation lol

Thank you! Honestly I just picture the end result, and realize if I give up I will just go back to the old way I was =\ I was stuck for about 2.5 months at the same weight but just kept trying and eventually the scale budged! You can do it! :)

I'm not even close to being done yet, but I started at a size 20 and am a 14 now. 274.6 and now 224.6 (just hit the 50 pound mark! I started in late October. You can do it!

Oh and I don't eat a lot of vegetables.. I don't really like vegetables but I know I should try incorporating some in my diet

Thank you all for the advice.. I Did eat only one gnocchi that day lol. And I do always measure my foods out I have a food scale and dry measuring cups. I will try bumping my calories up a little!! It seems weird to think that could help but maybe so!! Thanks all :-)
