29 year old, 5’4” 62.6 pounds finally! (Pics)
It’s been about one year! I’ve lost 62.6 pounds as of today, and went from a size 20 to a 14 now. I still have a long way to go to be at my goal weight, but I’m so excited with the progress so far 🥰. I can finally wear clothes and shop in stores I haven’t been able to in years!!

50 Pounds Lost!
I began my weight loss at 274.6, and now weigh in at 224.6. I am so excited to keep this journey going! I started in a size 20 pants, and now wear a 14. Shirt size women's 2x/3x to a regular ladies size XL. The weight loss has slowed very much, so I am hoping it can pick up again soon!

Why is my weight loss halting so bad?
