I'm an emotional eater too. Usually high-sugar, high-fat content foods. The only tip I can offer that wasn't already mentioned: Sometimes doing mundane tasks like doing the dishes or organizing a drawer helps me decompress. I want to try EFT- I've heard great things about it!

I'm a student too. It's so easy to lose track of how much you're eating while you're studying/ multitasking. This website really helps!

Thank you! Yes, I can relate to the see food thing too. Junk food can be difficult to decline, but it can be done!! You can do it. Perhaps give it to a friend or store it somewhere away from your bed.
