28 y.o. stress eater

Hi all,

I'm a 28 year old female student who has gained 20 lbs over the last 2 years due to stress eating while in school. This has been a lifelong problem for me, but it really got out of control recently. I would love to meet others who tend to manage stress with food so we can swap solutions and support one another.

  • I am 26 and not so much a stress eater but a see food eater. Most of the time not even hungry, just want it because its there. Someone sent me a care package full of mostly sugar minus the boiled peanuts (sodium) and the pringles (more sodium and added fat). I am here for you, I am attempting my first day without eating in bed before sleep tonight. I will keep you posted.

    Thank you! Yes, I can relate to the see food thing too. Junk food can be difficult to decline, but it can be done!! You can do it. Perhaps give it to a friend or store it somewhere away from your bed.
