The thing is, though. Your body will fluctuate by 5lbs or so every once in a while. I would worry about it too much cause 5lbs isn't incredibly noticeable. Just add in an extra ten minutes to your work out or cut out of reduce one of you snacks per day. It'll go away again :D

I'm constantly getting 'back on track'. Weekend's are not my friend :L However, I never let myself eat badly for more than two days. If I don't allow myself some flexibility, I wouldn't stick to it at all. Go at your own pace and make your own rules :D

Hello Candice (What a lovely name)! Well, you've come to the right place. I tried Slimming World before and lost half a stone but as soon as I couldn't afford to go every week, I put it all back on and then some. MFP keeps me on track because there's no excuse not to do it x) Hope it helps you too :D x

I weigh myself once a week. Sometimes nothing will happen and other times I lose loads at once. Body's are strange things. Just keep to a calorie deficit and exercise and you'll do fine :)
