Thank you all for your replies. I'm only on my second day and the amount of food I find gluten in is depressing :'( I'm having a look online for GF recipes and trying to keep in mind that I'd rather be healthy than eat cake :D

Honestly, just move more. You don't have to like it to do it. Get healthy and you'll feel 100x better.Or stay lazy and feel as you do now.

I log my walking because I walk around 6 miles a day (to and from work). I don't log cleaning as I don't think it really counts as exercise unless you're doing something like moving furniture around while cleaning or something. I'm set sedentary, too, which I why I log the walking.

Really? Mine was the opposite. I would bring home chocolate and cake and things for my partner and not eat any of it. I probably felt like I owed him because I was only buying healthy stuff.

Thank you so much for posting this! I just finished week one (rest day tomorrow, yasss) of p90x and was looking at some transformation vids on YouTube for extra encouragement. Did you use the supplements, though? I'm doing this supplement free and I don't now how much of a difference that'll make the outcome :S

I could barely walk yesterday cause I've just started p90x again. Had a bath in 'muscle soak' salts last night that helped a little. Other than that I just worked through it. On day 3 now and the leg pain is easing slightly. I'm hoping it wont always hurt this much x)

Awesome! You've probably gained muscle and loss fat and the scale has levelled out. Who needs scales anyway :P
