  • I am on week 6 and I love it I was never a runner and am doing my first marathon in late 2012
  • If you are going by the MFP pre sets they are really low, a good place is anywhere from 10% to 30% of your total calories depending on your body goals. I try to end up on the higher end of that spectrum with 90g
  • I am training for Chicago ! first marathon (: I will see as I lose if my body plateaus and is "happy" then I am fine with that but I feel like I have at least 10 more lbs to lose so I am setting a tentative goal of 115 - 120 it could go up ! no lower than 115 though !
