  • How about making a salad for lunch? It is actually low in calories if you get an oil based dressing. I use Gazebo room. I have that about 2-3 days a week. I also love carrots sticks with a piece of reduced fat sharp cheese. Sounds weird, but it is delicious! Good luck!
  • Great job! How exciting to reach your goal. If you want to tone up I would recommend some strengthening dvds. If you have comcast on demand, they have a fitness channel that has many options. Good luck to you!
  • I, too, love finding foods that are lower calories to replace some of my faves. I used to LOVE butterfingers, but tons of calories. Replaced with slim fast peanut butter crunch bars. Taste almost the same but only 100 calories. Weight watchers also makes a peanut butter cup sundae for 170 calories that is yummy. Can't wait…

  • I am glad you guys say it is just water weight and it should come off fairly easily. I, too, have gained back some weight and am sadden by it. Good to know that it isn't the end of the world...or my weight loss. =)

  • Totally understand what you are saying. I weighed in today and the scale said I lost 4 pounds in 4 days...highly doubt it. So now I am scared that next time I weigh in I will be more which will disappoint me.
