I am frustrated by the same thing. MFP does not take into account that fact that lifting weights burns calories even after you are done with the exercise....even days later. I do not know how to account for this on MFP, so if anyone else does, I would love to hear how. Until then, I am just satisfied knowing that my body…

I also find that eating a lot of fiber will do that too me. I love those kellogg's fiber plus antioxidants bars, but then I definitely am bloated. Maybe see if it is something you are eating...try to find any trends.

The Fiber One Brownies are awesome and they are only 90 calories. I also like the slim fast peanut butter crunch bars...they taste just like butterfingers but only 100 calories. Skinny cow also makes some yummy stuff. Good luck!

cute x-mas socks, hair things, earrings/jewelry, small notepad to draw on, crayons, balls . We also give each of a children an ornament each year so when they grow up and go out on their own, they take the ornaments with them and then they have some for their tree. =)
